In addition, the Firm's attorneys have been engaged to review the work of other law firms and to perform attorney-second-look™ consulting and advising.

The firm's attorneys also have published, been quoted and interviewed in the media, and taught and lectured to industry groups, to other lawyers, and to law students on such topics as: real property and title examination; business and consumer law; intellectual property; insurance coverage analysis; insurance claims handling; fraud; forgery; litigation prevention; advocacy; and ethics.

David Parker

David Parker is a principal at Parker & Riggs LLP.

Mr. Parker received his law degree, summa cum laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1996, and a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1986.

Mr. Parker is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern, Central, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California, all of the Superior Courts of the State of California, and all of the Superior Courts of the State of Washington.

Mr. Parker is AV rated by Martindale & Hubbell™, peer reviewed as having attained the highest level of professional excellence.

Mr. Parker is active in community organizations including the Autism Society of America, San Diego chapter.

Gregory Riggs

Gregory Riggs is a principal at Parker & Riggs LLP.

Mr. Riggs received his law degree, cum laude, from the John Marshall Law School (now University of Illinois Chicago School of Law) in 2014 and received a Bachelor of Arts degree, with high distinction, from the University of Illinois Chicago in 2008. Mr. Riggs externed for the Honorable John W. Darrah in the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois, and the Honorable Bruce W. Black, Chief Judge, United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Illinois.

Mr. Riggs is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern, Central, and Eastern Districts of California, all of the Superior Courts of the State of California, and all of the Circuit Courts of the State of Illinois.

Erin Singer

Erin Singer graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2024 with a concentration in Corporate and Business Law where she was a recipient of the Dean’s Honor Scholarship. While in law school, she was a judicial extern for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals for the Honorable M. Margaret McKeown. She also served in the Student Bar Association and as an Executive Editor of the San Diego International Law Journal. Prior to law school, Ms. Singer graduated with her Master of Business Administration in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Ms. Singer graduated, summa cum laude, with her bachelor’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where she was a member of the NCAA Division I Volleyball Team.

Ms. Singer is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern, Central, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California, all of the Superior Courts of the State of California.

Ms. Singer is active in community organizations including the Federal Bar Association and New Lawyers Chapter of the San Diego Bar Association. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, golfing, and playing beach volleyball in sunny San Diego.
